Business Analyst - Retail

Note: Experience in handling retail or e-commerce clients is a must. Job Description • Minimum 5-6 years of experience working with retail or ecommerce customers (must have knowledge about retail search engine ) as a business analyst or product analyst • Knowledge of Agile practices and strong story writing is must • Experience in writing, prioritizing and grooming User stories is must • Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and requirements gathering. • Experience working with JIRA, confluence is must or similar. • Experience of writing story in Gherkin format is must • Experience on Analytics will be an additional advantage. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and implemented. • Excellent end to end understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, Incremental Application Development. • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and pain points. • Conduct detailed requirements analysis, documenting functional and non-functional specifications. • Help train end-users and provide ongoing support during and after project deployment. • Should be comfortable working in 8 am 5 pm central time slot • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on business process optimization. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. • Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams. • A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
