Role Responsibilities:
β’ Design, administer, and analyze surveys (primarily using Qualtrics) to gather feedback from front-line employees and partners.
β’ Analyze survey data and other feedback using Python, SQL, and various data tools to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
β’ Transform and integrate data into Palantir, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for effective reporting.
β’ Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Palantir to visualize key findings and track performance metrics.
β’ Collaborate with development teams using JIRA to report, track, and follow up on feedback-related issues and improvements.
β’ Use Google Sheets to clean and manipulate datasets and Google Slides to create clear, engaging presentations of findings and recommendations.
β’ Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to translate data insights into meaningful actions that improve the front-line employee experience.
