Role description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with proven experience in the Land Management domain, Salesforce, and Workflow Documentation & Implementation. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes while ensuring seamless integration of workflows and technologies. This position requires a candidate who can drive innovation, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Land Management Analysis: o Gather requirements, analyze, and recommend solutions for land management projects, including zoning, compliance, and asset utilization. o Collaborate with stakeholders in the land management domain to identify pain points, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. o Utilize tools like GIS (Geographic Information Systems) to collect, analyze, and derive actionable insights for land-related decision-making. β€’ Salesforce Integration & Management: o Serve as the liaison between departments/business units and technical teams for Salesforce functionality enhancements and troubleshooting. o Build, configure, and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and business automation processes. o Provide data validation and integration support as well as ongoing Salesforce user training and documentation. β€’ Workflow Documentation & Implementation: o Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. o Develop detailed process maps, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and workflow documentation for business operations. o Lead workflow automation efforts using tools like Salesforce Process Builder and Flow. o Implement new workflows and manage change initiatives alongside stakeholders. β€’ Communication & Collaboration: o Facilitate ongoing communication between various teams, including operations, IT, and land management stakeholders, to ensure alignment of goals and expectations. o Clearly document findings, reports, and proposals for leadership review. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Minimum Requirements: β€’ Experience in Land Management Domain: o 2+ years of experience in land use planning, property management, or related fields. β€’ Experience in Salesforce: o Hands-on Salesforce configuration, administration, and implementation experience (2+ years). o Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow) and reporting/analytics features. β€’ Workflow Documentation & Implementation: o Proven ability to document workflows, create SOPs, and design process automation solutions. o Experience with tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or other similar documentation software.
