Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst for a hybrid role in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate should have versatile work experience in various industries and comfortable working with diverse teams. As a Business Analyst, you should have good knowledge with process mapping, elicitations & root cause analysis. Requirements • BA/BS required • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services sector • Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle • Experience with data analysis and making data-driven recommendations • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall) • Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the industry or region of operation • Deep understanding of financial services and digital products • Understanding of customer experience in financial services • Strong understanding of Lean Portfolio Management principles and practices • Strong understanding and ability to facilitate discussions on business capabilities, value streams and organizing around value • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
