Business Analyst

Job: Business Analyst Location: Remote-based (need to be located in UK / ROI) Duration: 12 months with potential of extension Daily rate: £400 - £500 per day (As a small business the applicant chooses the decision of inside / outside IR35) Kura is delighted to be recruiting for an AWS winning consultancy for a Business Analyst to join the team on a contract basis. You will play a critical role in a major technology transformation project, involving the migration and integration of disparate technologies across multiple office locations. This project will look to consolidate multiple contact platforms into AWS Connect, enhancing business capabilities with new features and benefits. Your responsibilities include: • Lead business analysis for a large-scale technology transformation project. • Gather and document requirements, processes, and integration points across legacy systems. • Develop detailed specifications and documentation for the migration of contact platforms into Amazon Connect • Collaborate with technical teams to align business needs with cloud-based contact centre solutions. • Ensure customer data accessibility for agents and routing decisions via cloud-hosted APIs hosted in AWS • Work with external partners to accelerate migration plans and knowledge transfer. • Support initial platform setup, testing environments, and change control processes. Experience seeking • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with experience in either travel, insurance, finance or retail preferred • Strong knowledge of technology transformation projects and systems migration. • Familiarity with AWS platform and proprietary APIs. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Desirable Experience • Experience with contact platforms such as 8x8, Cisco, Gensys, Talkdesk, IPScape, Vonage, Zendesk and Connect. • Knowledge of data storage and reporting in AWS. • Strong project management skills and experience in Agile methodologies. • Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or relevant technical areas.
