If interested, please email your resume to grace.johnson@motionrecruitment.com Overview: We are seeking a sharp Business Analyst with proven experience in managing Sales Analytics & Enablement and driving insights that shape sales strategy and performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic analytics initiatives to support sales enablement and drive business impact. Analyze the entire sales funnel lifecycle β€” from lead generation to deal closure β€” identifying drop-off points, optimizing conversion rates, and surfacing key insights. Own and manage weekly and monthly sales performance updates, presenting directly to non-technical leadership and responding with solution-oriented thinking. Translate and consume complex dashboards/reports into clear, concise takeaways; you will not build the reports but must be able to understand and translate them into strategic insights. Design, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions, contributing to the development of advanced analytical or statistical models. Work cross-functionally with clinical, business, and sales teams to deliver insights that drive decision-making across functional areas. Pull and analyze large datasets on short notice, with a strong understanding of business needs and prioritization. Use Advanced SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate, and summarize data for executive-level insights. Deliver data analysis leading to actionable outcomes in healthcare, sales, or clinical business lines. Present insights and data stories in a clear, non-technical language to sales leadership and other executive stakeholders. Provide solution options and strategic recommendations based on trends and data patterns observed in reports. Qualifications: MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Enablement, Sales Data Analytics. Proven experience working with sales data and managing/owning the entire sales funnel analytics lifecycle. Advanced level of expertise in SQL and Excel for handling large datasets. Experience in synthesizing data into clear presentations and insights for non-technical audiences. Experience in a Healthcare or Clinical environment. Experience managing recurring reporting cycles (weekly/monthly) with confidence in presenting, defending, and refining recommendations. Demonstrated ability to think quickly, distill complex data into key themes, and react with agility under tight timelines. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (for report consumption).
