Job Title: Systems Analyst – Salesforce Location: Raleigh, NC Work Arrangement: Hybrid Employment Type: Contract Duration: 6+ Months Pay Rate: $50/hr on W2 Application Deadline: 25th June, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED • Salesforce Administration & Configuration (Flow Builder, Objects, Validation Rules, Page Layouts) • Apex, SOQL (Basic to Intermediate understanding) • Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) & Integration Concepts • Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis • Process Mapping & Workflow Analysis • Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum • Data Mapping (Source-to-Target), Data Flow Analysis • CI/CD Tools (Copado, Gearset, Git – preferred) • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills POSITION OVERVIEW The Systems Analyst serves as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable Salesforce and enterprise system solutions. The role involves requirements gathering, system design support, Salesforce configuration, integration analysis, and continuous process improvement across enterprise applications. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and technical specifications • Support Salesforce configuration and declarative development (Flows, Objects, Rules) • Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders • Analyze system integrations and data flows across enterprise platforms • Support API testing, data validation, and troubleshooting • Assist in Apex/SOQL-based development activities (guided support) • Perform impact analysis for system changes and enhancements • Develop and execute test cases and support UAT • Support deployments, release management, and CI/CD processes • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities • Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with governance standards BENEFITS • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) EEOC Compliance We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.
