• Lead impact analysis, process modeling, and change management activities to prepare the business for success.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams and external Salesforce partners to align on solution design and delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings across multiple business units and vendors.
• Identify gaps, propose improvements, and ensure operational readiness for go-live.
Why This Role is Exciting
• Enterprise-wide transformation: Moving the entire organization to a new Salesforce platform.
• Hybrid focus: Work at the intersection of technology and business strategy.
• High visibility: Direct impact on a flagship program with executive sponsorship.
• Collaborative environment: Partner with IT leaders, operations teams, and Salesforce experts.
Minimum Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead requirements management for complex projects.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills—able to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Experience creating BRDs, process models, and readiness documentation.
• Familiarity with change management principles.
Ideal Qualifications

• Ability to anticipate change and redirect efforts proactively.
• Comfortable working independently on all but the most complex challenges.
• Experience collaborating with internal IT teams and external vendors.
