Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Remote (USA) Initial Contract: 3–6 months (with C2H option) Rate: ~$85/hr (C2C/W2 equivalent) About the Role We’re supporting a leading Salesforce Consulting Partner that is seeking a highly capable Salesforce Business Analyst to join a growing delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, can translate business needs into actionable requirements, and enjoys being at the centre of solution design and delivery. As the primary liaison between the client, the Salesforce Architect, and the offshore delivery team, you will play a vital role in shaping project outcomes, managing expectations, and ensuring a smooth delivery process. Key Responsibilities • Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate needs into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. • Partner closely with the Salesforce Architect and project leadership to define scalable, high-quality solutions. • Work day-to-day with the offshore delivery team, ensuring requirements are understood and delivered to spec. • Own the client relationship—managing expectations, steering conversations, and guiding stakeholders through decision-making. • Coordinate project activities and dependencies, handling light project management responsibilities where needed. • Support UAT planning and execution, including test case creation and defect tracking. • Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and continuously identify opportunities to optimize client outcomes. Required Experience • Strong Core Salesforce Business Analysis experience within consulting or partner environments. • Hands-on exposure to at least one of the following Salesforce Clouds: • Financial Services Cloud (highly preferred) • Marketing Cloud • Manufacturing Cloud • Or any additional Salesforce cloud products • Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops, own stakeholder communication, and influence decision-making. • Experience working in cross-functional delivery models (onshore + offshore). • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices, user story creation, backlog refinement, and sprint planning. • Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and blockers with light PM oversight.
