• Work closely with software suppliers, designers, developers, and architects to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Support system and database design activities where required.
• Configure and document software solutions and business processes using agreed methodologies and tools.
• Define acceptance criteria and coordinate testing activities to validate business outcomes.

• Plan, manage, execute, monitor, and control business analysis activities across projects.
• Lead business analysis workstreams and mentor wider project teams.
Required Skills & Experience
• 4–7 years' experience working as a Business Analyst within IT and business transformation programmes.
• Strong experience working within Agile environments and Agile delivery teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience educating and influencing Product Owners, business partners, and stakeholders on Agile ways of working.
• Strong data analysis, process modelling, and requirements elicitation skills.
• Knowledge of systems engineering concepts and solution delivery lifecycles.
• Experience creating business cases, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Degree educated or equivalent experience.
Desirable Skills
• Agile certifications and formal Agile training.
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification.
• PMI-PBA certification.
• Lean Practitioner experience and training.
• Experience within finance, risk, trading, ERP, SAP, or regulatory transformation programmes.
Programme Overview
This role will support a high-profile Finance & Risk Hub Framing Programme, focused on evaluating and defining the future-state Finance and Risk operating model and technology landscape. The initiative includes:
• End-to-end Finance & Risk transformation scope definition.
• Solution option analysis and assessment.
• Vendor Proof of Concept (PoC) management and evaluation.
• Procurement and contract support activities.
• Delivery approach assessment across multiple workstreams.
• Requirements discovery, business process modelling, and data analysis activities.
• Support for SAP and finance-related business applications.
