Job Title: Business Analyst (Procurement, SAP, Supply Chain Transformation)
Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support enterprise-level transformation initiatives in procurement and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge in procurement processes, experience with SAP systems (especially S/4HANA), and a strong track record in business process analysis and design. This consultant will play a key role in capturing business requirements, aligning stakeholders, and translating business needs into actionable system and process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
β’ 7+ years of business analysis experience in procurement or supply chain environments
β’ Strong working knowledge of SAP procurement systems (MM, Ariba, S/4HANA) and integration with supply chain functions
β’ Demonstrated experience with business process modeling and requirements management
β’ Skilled in tools such as Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent
β’ Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs or ERP implementations
β’ Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to work across functions and geographies
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience in the consumer health, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry
β’ Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) and Bill of Materials (BOM) processes
β’ Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional project delivery
β’ Formal certification such as CBAP, PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma
