Business Analyst (SAP Procurement)

US CITIZENS AND GREENCARD HOLDERS ONLY Length: 6 months+ Hours: 40 per week Location: 100% Remote (with occasional travel to locations in NJ) Job Title: Business Analyst (Procurement, SAP, Supply Chain Transformation) Role Overview: Our client is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support enterprise-level transformation initiatives in procurement and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge in procurement processes, experience with SAP systems (especially S/4HANA), and a strong track record in business process analysis and design. This consultant will play a key role in capturing business requirements, aligning stakeholders, and translating business needs into actionable system and process improvements. Required Qualifications: • 7+ years of business analysis experience in procurement or supply chain environments • Strong working knowledge of SAP procurement systems (MM, Ariba, S/4HANA) and integration with supply chain functions • Demonstrated experience with business process modeling and requirements management • Skilled in tools such as Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent • Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs or ERP implementations • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to work across functions and geographies Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the consumer health, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry • Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) and Bill of Materials (BOM) processes • Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional project delivery • Formal certification such as CBAP, PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma
