About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on Business Analyst to accelerate discovery for a SAP migration programme.
You will investigate the domain, translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements, and guide cross-functional teams toward a successful migration.
This role suits a highly autonomous Business Analyst who can shape problem statements, align stakeholders, document high-quality requirements, and ensure changes deliver measurable customer value.
What You’ll Do Capability Ownership & Value Delivery
• Lead discovery for migration requirements, including definition, prioritisation, and continuous improvement
• Maintain visibility of pain points, dependencies, and opportunities, translating these into clear roadmaps and outcomes
• Define and track success metrics (e.g. first-contact resolution, handling time, recontact rate, agent productivity, CSAT)
Stakeholder Partnership & Facilitation
• Independently manage and align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations/Support, Analytics, and related programmes
• Facilitate discovery and alignment workshops to clarify problems, scope, assumptions, constraints, and success criteria
• Translate complex or ambiguous problems into structured options and clear recommendations
• Drive decisions and secure stakeholder sign-off on scope, requirements, and outcomes
PRD Ownership (End-to-End) Own PRDs from inception through to approval, ensuring they are complete and delivery-ready:
• Discovery & Current State: Document as-is processes, customer/agent journeys, pain points, root causes, and constraints
• Future State Design: Define to-be workflows, process flows, service blueprints, edge cases, and non-functional requirements
• Requirements Definition: Produce clear functional requirements/user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, data needs, and dependencies
• Validation & Sign-off: Lead reviews, incorporate feedback, and secure formal stakeholder approval
• Delivery Support: Partner with Product and Engineering during build, support UAT readiness, and ensure launch readiness
Process, Systems & Continuous Improvement
• Analyse and optimise end-to-end processes across order and agent journeys
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
• Ensure alignment with the broader operating model, platform strategy, and architecture
• Support change adoption through training, communications, and operational readiness where needed
What Success Looks Like
• Clear ownership of capabilities, with a defined backlog and improvement roadmap
• Consistent delivery of high-quality, stakeholder-approved PRDs
• Trusted to independently drive analysis, decisions, and outcomes
• Delivered improvements that measurably enhance customer and agent experience
Skills & Experience Must-Have
• Proven experience owning end-to-end requirements, including PRD creation, validation, and sign-off
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without authority
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, using data to inform decisions
• Experience working in agile or hybrid environments, partnering closely with Product and Engineering
Nice-to-Have
• Experience in customer support, contact centre, order management, or agent tooling domains
• Experience modernising or replacing legacy systems and processes
• Familiarity with BA best practices (e.g. requirements lifecycle management, traceability, approvals)
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, BPMN/process modelling tools, or analytics platforms
