Business Analyst with SCM Exp. (Ex-Cisco)

Job Title: Business Analyst with SCM exp. (Ex-Cisco) Location – San Jose , CA (Hybrid) Job Type: Contract Job Description: Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. • Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process discovery sessions. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. • Analyze and improve end-to-end supply chain processes. • Collaborate with SCM, IT, ERP, and project teams to deliver business solutions. • Support implementation and enhancement of ERP and SCM applications. • Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis. • Create BRDs, FRDs, process maps, use cases, and workflow documentation. • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign-offs. • Track project deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. • Required SCM Domain Expertise Strong understanding of one or more of the following areas: • Demand Planning • Supply Planning • Inventory Management • Procurement & Sourcing • Order Management • Manufacturing Operations • Logistics & Transportation • Warehouse Management • Supplier Collaboration • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) • Returns & Reverse Logistics Required Skills Business Analysis • Requirement Gathering & Analysis • BRD / FRD Documentation • Process Mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE) • User Story Creation • Gap Analysis • UAT Management • Stakeholder Management • Agile and Waterfall Methodologies SCM Systems Experience with one or more: • SAP SCM / SAP S4HANA • SAP IBP • Oracle SCM Cloud • Oracle EBS SCM • Kinaxis RapidResponse • Blue Yonder (JDA) • Manhattan Associates • o9 Solutions Tools • JIRA • Confluence • Visio • Lucidchart • MS Excel (Advanced) • Power BI / Tableau Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. • MBA or Supply Chain certification is a plus. • Previous experience with Cisco or similar global technology organizations. • Experience supporting global supply chain transformation programs. • Understanding of ERP integrations and data flows.
