Business Analyst

Business Analyst Specialist | Financial Services Client We’re looking for a Business Analyst Specialist to support financial data and forecasting initiatives within a financial services environment. This role is focused on bridging business and technical teams, driving requirement clarity, and supporting end-to-end delivery of data and reporting solutions. What You’ll Do: • Gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications • Design process flows, data flows, and support solution feasibility analysis • Partner with business and technical teams to support multiple forecasting workstreams • Support development lifecycle including systems integration testing and UAT • Create UAT strategies, test plans, and execute test cases/scripts • Build and enhance reports using PowerBI and automated tools • Facilitate requirement discussions, backlog refinement, and ensure alignment with project objectives • Collaborate with agile teams to support delivery across Scrum/Kanban frameworks What You Bring: • 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, product operations, or related roles • Experience within financial services (mortgage industry strongly preferred) • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Experience with requirement gathering, process design, and documentation • Hands-on experience supporting testing (manual and automation, UAT) • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar agile tools • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 📍Location: McLean, VA (Onsite) 💵Salary: $58 - $60/hr If you have an interest in the Onsite – Business Analyst Specialist, please apply now!
