Role description
Business Analyst – Sirion CLM Implementation Position Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst with direct Sirion CLM implementation experience to drive requirements definition, process design, and configuration strategy for an AI-powered CLM deployment. This role will act as the bridge between Legal stakeholders and the implementation team, ensuring the platform is configured to support core legal workflows and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities • Lead discovery and requirements workshops with Legal and business stakeholders to define CLM needs and process flows • Document detailed business and functional requirements, translating them into Sirion configuration specifications • Support the design, configuration, and validation of contract templates, workflows, approval hierarchies, and AI features • Plan and lead Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scripts, execution, and defect resolution • Partner with change management teams to support training, adoption, and rollout activities • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices aligned with CLM capabilities Required Qualifications • 5+ years of Business Analyst or Business Operations experience supporting legal tech or CLM implementations • Hands-on Sirion CLM implementation experience (required) • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes, including intake, authoring, approvals, execution, and renewals • Ability to translate complex legal and operational requirements into scalable system configurations • Proven experience leading exhaustive BAT and UAT cycles in enterprise implementations Preferred Qualifications • Legal operations background or strong familiarity with in-house Legal department processes • Experience with integrations (ERP, e-signature platforms such as DocuSign or similar tools) • Knowledge of data migration strategies from legacy CLM or contract repositories
