12 Months
• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets.
• Strong BA fundamentals: requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, process analysis, and documentation.
• Experience with BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and data mapping.
• Strong Technical/Data BA background.
• Snowflake (Mandatory)
• Power BI and/or Tableau (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of data flows, system integrations, and reporting environments.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Business Analysis certification (IIBA CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA, etc.) (Mandatory)
• Capital Markets experience preferred.
• Must be in the EST time zone. Remote is fine. NYC-area candidates who can work onsite 3 days/week are preferred.
