About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and Agile software delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, artwork/design teams, and engineering teams to support applications related to custom sports apparel, merchandise customization, order management, proofing, production, and fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process-mapping sessions.
• Create BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with artwork, production, and operations teams to understand customization and decoration workflows.
• Serve as the liaison between business users, product owners, developers, and QA teams.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Participate in UAT, test case reviews, and requirement validation.
• Maintain requirement traceability and project documentation.
Required Qualifications
• 8–10 years of Business Analysis experience in software product or enterprise application environments.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, process modelling, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and AWS environments.
• Understanding of APIs, web applications, integrations, cloud-based systems, and data flows.
• Experience supporting QA, UAT, and release processes.
Experience in one or more of the following domains:
• Custom Apparel Manufacturing
• Sports Merchandise
• Print-on-Demand Solutions
• Event Merchandise Solutions
Knowledge of artwork lifecycle management, product personalization, custom order workflows, production, and fulfilment processes is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
