Key Responsibilities • Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements • Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to understand needs and define solutions • Create functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and gap analyses • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to elicit requirements and ensure alignment • Support testing, validation, and implementation of systems and process improvements • Identify opportunities for operational improvements, policy adjustments, or technology enhancements Required Qualifications • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role • Strong understanding of business process modeling, systems analysis, and documentation practices • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, including government, vendors, and technical staff • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, or Lucidchart • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience in government or public sector environments • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies • Experience working on projects involving health and human services, labor, finance, or licensing systems • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
