Work Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday

Initial Assignment Length: 12 months with possibility of extension
Pay Rate Range: $64/hr. - $71/hr. on W2
Notes: Should have worked in SAP Supply Chain engagements as a Business Analyst or have Consulting experience to perform the Business Analyst role.

The Contract Business Analyst, will be a key member of the Supply Chain digital transformation project working closely with stakeholders from various business units to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of Advanced Planning & Procure to Pay processes as part of Supply Chain digital transformation enabled by SAP S/4HANA and related applications.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Conduct process analysis and mapping using Lucid chart and other diagramming tools.
• Create detailed process diagrams, flowcharts, and documentation to visualize current and future state processes.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and validate requirements.
• Analyze current product configurations and identify opportunities for redesign within the CTO (Configure to Order) model.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to develop optimized product configurations.
• Engage with procurement and sourcing stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into ERP requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for the Advanced Planning & Procure to Pay business process as part of the ERP Implementation including configuration and design aligned with SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Analyze and improve procurement workflows including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Source-to-Pay, and Supplier Collaboration.
• Develop functional specifications and work closely with the technical team to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to define future-state processes and capabilities.
• Prepare test scenarios & test scripts.
• Partner closely with SAP solution architects and development teams to drive the successful delivery of scalable, well-integrated solutions ensuring alignment with SAP S/4HANA best practices and architecture across Advanced Planning and Procure-to-Pay domains.
• Assist in the development and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, including test cases and scenarios.
• Support data cleansing, UAT, change management, and user enablement.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the new ERP system.
• Act as a liaison between business units and the project team to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to project stakeholders and senior management.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of process changes, providing ongoing support and adjustments as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, methodologies, and tools related to business process management and improvement.
Education:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's Degree, advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in similar digital transformation projects with a strong focus on process analysis and improvement.
• Functional experience in Supply Chain Operations - Forecast to Plan, Procure to Pay.
• Expertise in creating lucid and process diagrams using tools such as Lucid chart, Microsoft Visio, or similar software.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba/Business Network and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) business processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and team members.
• Knowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN) is a plus.
• Experience with procurement KPIs, supplier performance management, and compliance.
• Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid project methodologies and stakeholder engagement best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
• Collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
• Highly analytical, fact driven, and is process oriented.
