π What Youβll Do:
β’ Act as the key liaison between users, developers, project managers, and product leadership.
β’ Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, driving clarity and momentum across requirements planning.
β’ Translate product vision into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
β’ Influence stakeholders to prioritize the solution backlog and define both functional and non-functional requirements.
β’ Balance MVP essentials with βnice-to-haveβ features through strategic negotiation.
π‘ What You Bring:
β’ 3β5 years of experience in business analysis or product development.
β’ Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a sharp eye for detail.
β’ Proven ability to manage projects and present insights to executive stakeholders.
β’ Self-starter mindset with the ability to drive tasks to completion independently.
β’ Experience with backlog tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Trello, etc.
β’ Familiarity with SQL, R, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
β’ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred but not required.
