Position SummaryOur client is seeking a strategic thinker and digital enabler to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide planning and performance frameworks. This role will drive alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution, while enabling data-driven decision-making through custom-built tools and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) and other enterprise technologies. Tasks and Responsibilities Develop and institutionalize strategic planning and execution frameworks. Design performance monitoring systems and enterprise KPIs. Build and maintain digital tools and dashboards to support performance tracking and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategy, operations, and technology. Translate complex business needs into scalable digital solutions. Required Education, Experience & Knowledge Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from an accredited university. Must be a strategic thinker and digital enabler to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide planning and performance frameworks Proven experience in enterprise strategy, performance management, or business transformation. Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel-based modeling. Familiarity with enterprise architecture and digital experience platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
