Business Analyst – Third Party Risk
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (On-site)

Role Overview
A position is available for a Business Analyst to support the monitoring and reporting of risks associated with third-party vendors. The role involves providing reporting on risks and issues, maintaining the vendor contract pipeline, and managing the Data Transmission Request (DTR) inventory. The successful candidate will work with key stakeholders to provide status updates and coordinate remediation activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce weekly reporting for product management covering expiring DTRs, open DTRs, and third-party risks.
• Track and report risks and issues raised by internal security and third-party management groups that may impact contract or project execution.
• Maintain accurate reports of third-party risks, issues, and remediation actions.
• Produce presentation materials for team and stakeholder reviews.
• Communicate complex risk information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct regular reviews with product owners and application managers to obtain status updates and drive remediation plan execution.
• Coordinate remediation activities across multiple teams and ensure actions remain on track.
• Act as a central point of coordination for timely communication and escalation of risk-related issues.
• Analyze and consolidate data from multiple sources to support risk reporting.
• Define and document existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and drive opportunities to streamline reporting and operational processes.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and varied data sets.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to organize, track, and coordinate remediation activities across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in third-party risk management, vendor risk, or operational risk.
• Experience working with technology teams, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
• Experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Splunk and Tableau.
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $48.00 and $53.56 per hour.
