Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing company processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for efficiency and performance improvement. You will play a key role in designing or redesigning business processes, supporting product and system development, and ensuring that changes are implemented effectively. Additionally, you will develop reports, track key performance metrics, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
β’ Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
β’ Support new product and system development by gathering requirements, creating test cases, and performing quality assurance activities.
β’ Partner with stakeholders across IT, finance, operations, and other functions to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
β’ Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to monitor key operational and financial metrics.
β’ Assist in change management by assessing impacts, communicating effectively, and supporting adoption.
β’ Track and evaluate process and system changes to ensure expected benefits are realized.
Technical Skills Required
β’ Business Analysis: Ability to document business requirements and processes clearly.
β’ Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong experience in creating and modifying reports using operational and financial data.
β’ Process Improvement: Skilled in identifying inefficiencies and designing/redesigning processes.
β’ Change Management: Understanding how changes affect people, processes, and systems.
β’ Testing & QA: Experience preparing test cases, scenarios, and performing system validation.
β’ Tools & Software:
β’ Proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet tools
β’ Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
β’ Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages
β’ Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Soft Skills Required
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
β’ Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for documenting and presenting findings.
β’ Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
