Senior Business Analyst – Dynamics 365 F&O Onsite/Hybrid | 6-Month Contract-to-Hire | U.S. Citizens Only Important: Due to ITAR regulations, this position is open to U.S. Citizens only. We're partnering with a highly specialized manufacturer that is transforming its business through a company-wide Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation. As part of this effort, we're hiring two Senior Business Analysts to serve as critical links between business stakeholders and IT, helping optimize processes across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Sales. This is more than a traditional BA role. You'll be the go-to expert for understanding how the business operates, identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting ERP enhancements, leading testing efforts, and driving user adoption during pivotal ERP transformation. What You'll Do • Partner with business leaders and end users to gather requirements, map processes, and translate operational needs into system solutions. • Support and enhance a highly customized Dynamics 365 F&O environment integrated with manufacturing, warehouse, quality, and commodity-tracking applications. • Lead workshops, process reviews, and solution discussions across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales. • Create functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, and business documentation. • Coordinate UAT, troubleshoot application issues, and support end users through deployment and post-go-live activities. • Build and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI, DAX, and SQL. • Investigate ERP configuration and process issues involving MRP, BOMs, production orders, warehousing, quality, and order management. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. • Provide hands-on support during system releases, testing cycles, and go-live events. What We're Looking For • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting ERP systems. • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). • Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, finance, or sales processes. • Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, document business processes, and manage testing activities. • Experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, reporting, and analytics. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and influence process improvements. Highly Preferred • Manufacturing industry experience. • Warehouse management systems experience. • Quality management solutions (TQCM or similar). • EDI/SPS Commerce experience. • Azure DevOps. • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). • Data warehouse or dimensional modeling experience.
