Work mode: Hybrid, 3 days WFO/week Contract duration: 4 months Location: Coventry, UK --------------------------------------- JOB DETAILS Role Title: Business Analyst Mandatory Skills: Azure data Factory(ADF), Water management, Data management, Cloud Azure Minimum years of experience: 8-10+ years Job Description – Business Analyst (UK Water Utilities & Energy with Testing Experience) - Strong experience as a Business Analyst in UK Water Utilities and Energy domains. - Good understanding of utility business processes such as billing, metering, CRM, asset management, and customer operations. - Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements. - Ability to prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and process maps. - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to conduct workshops, requirement discussions, and walkthroughs. - Hands-on experience in testing activities, including test case preparation, SIT, UAT support, defect tracking, and validation. - Ability to ensure complete requirement traceability and quality assurance across project lifecycle. - Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies. - Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, Visio, and Excel. - Good knowledge of UK utility regulatory and operational environment. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a client-facing role and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams. - Candidate should be willing to work from client location in Coventry. - Preferred to have prior experience working with UK utility clients and cross-functional delivery teams.
