Role description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in analytics, systems development, and stakeholder collaboration. In this role, you will act as an extension of the Product Lead, supporting annual planning activities that include supplier goal setting, forecasting, and financial budgeting. Your work will ensure that strategic objectives are aligned with operational execution and long-term growth. This position requires proven analytical abilities and a collaborative mindset. You will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation, including business analyses, requirements, process flows, user stories, and reports, while ensuring accuracy and clarity. Key Responsibilities β€’ Requirement Gathering - Meeting with stakeholders from various departments to understand business problems, needs, and goals. β€’ Data Analysis - Collecting, auditing, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. β€’ Solution Development - Outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions that may include new products, services, workflows, or technical programs. β€’ Documentation - Creating detailed business analyses, requirements documents, process flows, user stories, and reports for stakeholders. β€’ Stakeholder Communication - Translating complex business and technical concepts into clear, understandable language for both business and technical teams. β€’ Process Improvement - Identifying and recommending ways to optimize business processes, systems, and services to increase efficiency. β€’ Project Support - Supporting the implementation of proposed solutions and monitoring their performance to ensure they meet objectives. Essential Skills and Qualifications β€’ Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and conduct in-depth research β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining findings and coordinating with stakeholders β€’ Translate operational requirements into functional specifications β€’ Knowledge of data modeling, data analytics, and business process management β€’ Ability to identify root causes of business issues and develop effective, actionable solutions β€’ Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and thorough documentation β€’ Working knowledge of business management principles and ability to apply them to commercial sales planning Required Skills and Qualifications β€’ Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development β€’ Proven analytical abilities β€’ Experience in generating process documentation and reports β€’ Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights β€’ Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder Preferred Skills and Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science β€’ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Visio (or Mirro) β€’ Proven ability to manage user testing β€’ High proficiency in technical writing
