We are seeking a motivated, organized, and self-driven professional to support operational analyses and content migration projects. This role involves conducting moderate to complex operational analysis, managing special projects, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth migration of HTML- and template-based content to updated platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct moderate to complex operational analyses to support informed decision-making within the business unit.
• Lead medium to large-scale projects, including quantitative and qualitative research, process design, and report development.
• Manage and migrate content assets from legacy systems to updated platforms, including HTML, CSS, and templating language files.
• Operate document generation processes using advanced content creation tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders via project management tools to ensure content accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery.
• Maintain and modify processes using standardized tools and techniques.
• Perform basic database queries (Oracle, Postgres, etc.) to generate XML inputs for content testing.
• Utilize scripting (e.g., Python) to create automated test cases for content validation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operational analysis, content management, or systems migration.
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and templating languages (Velocity, Jinja, Go, etc.).
• Experience working with document creation engines and content management platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent grammar, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Basic database query skills (Oracle, Postgres, or similar).
• Familiarity with Python scripting for test automation is a plus.
