Restaurant background (server, shift lead, campus dining tech, etc.) a big plus—shows comfort with POS, tips, busy shifts, and customer-facing pain points

• Role Summary:
•
• Join a newly-formed pod inside a Fortune-caliber payments organization and turn complex business needs into elegant, automated solutions. You’ll own requirement discovery, sprint execution, and cross-team orchestration for products that process billions in annual volume—perfect for a mid-level pro hungry to level-up in Agile, payments, and POS ecosystems.

• Responsibilities:
•
• - Elicit, analyze, and document business/user requirements for payment hardware & software initiatives
- Translate needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and system specifications
- Partner with Product, UX, QA, and downstream tech teams to drive end-to-end delivery
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT; remove blockers before they derail timelines
- Monitor KPIs (defect rates, rework, CSAT) and continuously refine processes
•
• Ideal Candidates Will Have:
•
• - 3+ years in an Agile BA or hybrid Product role within payment processing, POS, or fintech
- Proven success writing requirements for integrated systems (APIs, hardware, cloud)
- A growth mindset—comfortable owning ambiguity and learning on the fly
•
• Required Skills/Experience:
•
• - Solid Scrum/Agile lifecycle experience; active contributor in JIRA & Slack
- Hands-on user acceptance testing and traceability practices
- Integration & API troubleshooting acumen
- Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or equivalent; BA/Product certification a plus
•
• Other Skills:
•
• - Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder-management abilities
- Data-driven decision making and KPI ownership
- Collaborative spirit across global, cross-functional squads
