Key Responsibilities
• Requirements Analysis & Documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.
• Testing & Quality Assurance
• Develop, maintain, and execute test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, coordinating with business users to validate solutions.
• Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers to resolve issues.
• Ensure testing processes comply with organizational standards and industry best practices.
• Leadership & Collaboration
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and QA testers.
• Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and review sessions with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, UAT).
• Hands-on experience with test script creation and execution.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
