Our Automotive client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team for the next 12 months, potential to extend long term (up to 3 years). This role is 40 hours/week, onsite in Torrance, CA. Role Summary The Digital Marketing Product Team's Business Analyst will support the transformation of customer and associate experiences across digital platforms, with a focus on Salesforce-based systems. Embedded in an Agile Product Team, this role involves business analysis, project coordination, and user story development to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing initiatives. Top Must Have Skills 2+ years of experience in system-oriented work (projects or production support) Proficiency with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Additional Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Experience with CRM systems and lead management processes Familiarity with JIRA, NPS, and customer satisfaction metrics Automotive or dealership experience is a plus Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented Responsibilities Conduct business analysis for software upgrades and enhancements Act as liaison for Salesforce-powered systems used by dealers and associates Maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and trends Coordinate production support and cross-team project work Lead regression testing and production validation for Salesforce projects Develop and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation Participate in Agile ceremonies and promote Agile best practices In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
