Role description
Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract position with a client in Fully Remote. Ideally, we are looking for applicants with a solid background Business Analyst extensive experience with Business Analytics, Google Sheets, Lucid chart layouts, Excel & SQL. Pay Range: $30 to $35/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities include: Managing database integrity Conducting site and data audits Overseeing site-level redesigns Expectation: Help build and evolve team strategy in addition to supporting current processes Key Responsibilities & Skillsets 1. Site Redesigns (30% of time) Required Skills: Google Sheets/Excel, problem solving • Implement layout best practices to boost efficiency (storage, put-away, filling, etc.) • Create and maintain Lucid chart layouts, working with Local teams • Support small-scale tests/pilots (e.g., multi-bin initiatives) • Share ideas and insights for redesign improvements • Identify and escalate capex opportunities to enhance revenue and efficiency 1. Equipment Management (50% of time) Required Skills: Project management, clear communication • Order storage equipment and coordinate installations with Local Ops • Track budgets and support investment forecasting • Escalate and manage power constraints; coordinate power upgrades • Catalog improvements to inform power capacity data 1. Data Management (20% of time) Nice to Have Skills: Google Sheets/Excel, some SQL experience • Perform multi-week data uploads for capacity dashboards (equipment and SKU) • Maintain and update revenue/sq ft dashboards, flagging issues/opportunities • Audit capacity data for accuracy; identify trends and update datasets accordingly • Create and maintain documentation for dashboards, uploads, and tools.
