Role description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Process Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage data, systems knowledge, and process expertise to deliver actionable insights, streamline operations, and drive impactful business improvements across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
• Analyze large and complex datasets to deliver fact-based insights that support business decisions.
• Incorporate internal process and customer perspectives to drive simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness in design and analysis.
• Support departmental reporting, metrics, budgeting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Provide recommendations and present alternatives to address business needs and resolve impediments.
• Perform system configuration, administration, and ongoing support.
• Develop and maintain functional, process, and system documentation.
• Monitor system and process performance, escalating issues as needed.
• Influence, gather, define, and document complex business requirements and processes.
• Create test plans, develop test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Lead projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on systems, processes, and customer impacts.
• Prepare business cases and conduct cost/benefit analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient process flow across the organization.
• Anticipate, interpret, and translate business and industry trends into proactive, actionable solutions.
Required Competencies

Experience & Skills
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, and Word.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel required.
