Overview
Our client is modernizing and streamlining its regulatory operations by migrating multiple legacy platforms (7 homegrown and 2 Microsoft-based tools) into Veeva Vault RIM by 2027. We are seeking a Business Analyst focused on Registrations, with experience in regulatory data, reporting, and system integrations.
This BA will work closely with business teams to gather requirements, optimize registration processes, and ensure successful adoption of Veeva Vault RIM Registration functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document business requirements specific to Veeva Vault RIM Registration.
• Define user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for registration-related systems.
• Support configuration, testing, and validation of the Veeva Registration module.
• Assist with data migration, harmonization, and reporting activities.
• Develop reporting and dashboard requirements using Veeva Reporting or Power BI (final solution TBD).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (regulatory affairs, IT, quality) to improve registration data processes.
• Facilitate workshops, UAT, and end-user training sessions as needed.
Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Life Sciences or Regulatory Affairs.
• Proven experience with Veeva Vault RIM (Registration) or other regulatory registration tools.
• Strong understanding of global product registration data and regulatory workflows.
• Proficiency with reporting and dashboards (Veeva or Power BI).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with large-scale system migrations or implementations is highly desirable.
• Hybrid NJ/PA preferred, but open to remote candidates.
