Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile delivery and Workers' Compensation domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into sprint-ready user stories, define clear acceptance criteria, and make informed scope decisions on behalf of the business domain.
This role requires excellent client-facing communication, analytical thinking, and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into well-defined, sprint-ready user stories.
• Define acceptance criteria and support backlog refinement activities.
• Make scope and prioritisation decisions in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Create functional documentation, process flows, and solution design artefacts.
• Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the SDLC.
• Analyse data using SQL and Databricks to support business decisions and validate requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Ensure Agile best practices are followed within a SAFe Agile environment.
• Support testing, UAT, and production implementation activities as needed.
Required Skills
• 7–9 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong client facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in solution design and functional documentation.
• Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau.
