Business Analyst

Contract-to-Hire | BI Analyst (US, Canada, or LATAM) Remote We're partnering with a fast-growing robotics company transforming operations through AI and automation. Their robots generate massive amounts of operational data, but the challenge is turning that data into clear business outcomes and executive-level insights. We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (or a Data Engineer with strong BI experience) who can bridge the gap between raw data and business strategy. What You'll Do • Analyze large datasets stored in AWS environments and data lakes • Build reports and dashboards using Grafana • Translate operational and analytics data into business narratives and ROI stories • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to define business requirements • Create executive-ready presentations and reports for C-suite audiences • Help quantify outcomes such as efficiency gains, ROI, food waste reduction, and operational performance What We're Looking For • Strong BI, analytics, and reporting experience • Ability to connect data insights to business objectives • Experience with AWS data environments and dashboarding tools (Grafana preferred) • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Customer-facing experience and comfort working with executives • Ability to navigate complex datasets and produce actionable recommendations Nice to Have • Data engineering background • Restaurant, retail, robotics, or operations analytics experience Location • Open to US, Canada, or LATAM candidates • Contract-to-Hire opportunity If you're passionate about transforming data into compelling business stories that drive executive decisions, we'd love to connect.
