• Good understanding of policy lifecycle, claims processing, and billing workflows
• Experience supporting large-scale P&C transformation or enhancement programsHands-on experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter/BillingCenter) or Duck Creek
• Basic understanding of integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
