Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, CATIA, and DELMIA to support PLM transformation, enhancement, integration, and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements elicitation, business and functional analysis, PLM workflows, BOM structures, Change Management, Configuration Management, Agile delivery, and SIT/UAT coordination. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure PLM solutions meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and system requirements for 3DEXPERIENCE PLM solutions. • Work with ENOVIA, CATIA, and DELMIA modules and related PLM business processes. • Support Change Management, EBOM/MBOM, Configuration Management, and BOM structure requirements. • Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for platform upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and transformation initiatives. • Support 3DEXPERIENCE migration initiatives, including transitions such as 2019x to 2023x/2025x/2026x. • Define and validate business workflows, process flows, data models, BOM structures, and integration requirements. • Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, configuration, customization, and implementation. • Work with technical teams supporting JPO, MQL, UI3, APIs, and PLM integrations. • Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, demos, and stakeholder discussions. • Coordinate SIT and UAT activities, including test scenario validation, defect triage, issue resolution, and business sign-off. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Assess the impact of changes to PLM data, workflows, BOMs, configurations, and integrated systems. • Identify opportunities to improve PLM processes, system functionality, data quality, and business efficiency. • Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, workflows, test cases, defects, and project decisions. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst in PLM environments. • Hands-on experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. • Strong knowledge of ENOVIA, CATIA, and DELMIA. • Experience with Change Management, EBOM/MBOM, Configuration Management, and BOM structures. • Strong understanding of requirements elicitation, functional requirements, system requirements, and workflow definition. • Experience with gap analysis, impact assessment, solution design, and PLM integration. • Experience supporting SIT/UAT, defect management, and business validation. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes. • Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting 3DEXPERIENCE platform upgrades or migration projects. • Familiarity with JPO, MQL, UI3, and APIs. • Relevant certifications in PLM, CAD, 3DEXPERIENCE, or related technologies. • Experience working with enterprise PLM integrations and manufacturing/product development processes.
