Duties
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and objectives.
Conduct thorough data analysis using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to provide actionable insights.
Utilize SQL, R, Python, and other programming languages for data manipulation and reporting.
Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by defining project scope and objectives.
Apply Agile methodologies to manage projects effectively and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Create detailed documentation including process maps using Visio, database designs, and user guides.
Support database management activities with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Talend.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
Experience
Proven experience in business analysis or a related field with a strong focus on data analysis skills.
Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, ETL processes, and database design.
Experience working within Agile frameworks is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
