Senior Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (Contract to Hire)
Only W-2 candidates local to Boston, MA will be considered.
Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience in data mapping, system integrations, and Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, translate requirements into technical solutions, and support data-driven initiatives.
Required Skills:
• 4+ years of Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Systems Analyst experience
• Strong SQL Query Language skills
• Experience with System Analysis, Data Mapping, and Business-to-Technical Translation
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
• Experience with Snowflake and Tableau
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data migration, and system integrations
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
• Higher Education, Advancement, or Fundraising domain experience
