Location: Redmond, WA
Duration: 12 months + Possible extension
Schedule: Onsite (flexible for hybrid)
Job Summary:
Stryker is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support their EU MDR initiatives within a manufacturing-focused environment. This role combines a strong analytic capabilities with project coordination skills to support compliance-driven data reporting, purchasing-related analytics, and cross-functional collaboration between Purchasing and Production teams.This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Support EU MDR-related initiatives by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting data needed for regulatory compliance projects.Coordinate cross-functional project activities between Purchasing, Buyers, and Production teams.
β’ Perform purchasing-side data analysis to support procurement decision-making and supplier-related reporting.
β’ Work closely with manufacturing operations teams across electrical, mechanical, and production environments.
β’ Communicate updates, requests, and project follow-ups primarily via email, ensuring clarity and timely responses.
β’ Utilize SAP to extract and manage procurement, inventory, and supplier-related information.
β’ Create and maintain analytical reports and dashboards using Excel, including pivot tables, and Power BI.
Required Qualifications:
β’ 3β4 years of experience in Data Analysis and Project Coordination
β’ Proven experience working directly with buyers or purchasing teams.
β’ Collaborate between Purchasing and Production/manufacturing teams.
β’ Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, Pivot tables, and Power BI for data validation and reporting
β’ Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Education:
β’ Minimum Associateβs Degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience in regulated or high-compliance industries is a plus
β’ Familiarity with manufacturing environment
