Overview Osprey Life Sciences is seeking a consultative Business Systems Analyst to support Supply Chain and Finance technology initiatives within a regulated enterprise environment. This role serves as a strategic partner to IT, Supply Chain, and Finance stakeholders, ensuring enterprise systems are designed, enhanced, and implemented to deliver measurable business value. The Business Systems Analyst will bring strong SAP functional expertise, structured documentation practices, and the ability to translate complex operational requirements into scalable, compliant system solutions. Key Responsibilities Business & Systems Analysis β€’ Partner with Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders to define business objectives and operational requirements β€’ Facilitate requirements workshops and document functional and non-functional specifications β€’ Translate business requirements into detailed system design documentation β€’ Perform gap analyses to identify process and system improvement opportunities β€’ Analyze integration and data requirements to support solution design Solution Design & Optimization β€’ Develop current-state and future-state process documentation β€’ Design system enhancements aligned with SAP best practices β€’ Define integration specifications across enterprise applications β€’ Evaluate solution options and present risks, trade-offs, and impacts β€’ Assess downstream and upstream system implications Implementation & Delivery Support β€’ Collaborate with technical teams during design, build, testing, and deployment phases β€’ Configure SAP S/4HANA and related applications as required β€’ Support test planning, execution, and UAT coordination β€’ Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies β€’ Support production deployments and stabilization activities Systems Governance & Compliance β€’ Ensure compliance with GxP requirements and SOX controls β€’ Maintain documentation aligned with validation standards β€’ Participate in IT change management and release governance β€’ Coordinate issue resolution with SAP support teams Required Skills & Experience β€’ Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA (private cloud) environments β€’ Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) β€’ Experience supporting Supply Chain and Finance business processes β€’ Experience designing and supporting system integrations β€’ Ability to convert business requirements into structured system specifications β€’ Familiarity with SAP technical components including Basis, Security, Fiori, ABAP, and CIDS β€’ Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies β€’ Knowledge of software validation practices and regulated environments Preferred Experience β€’ Exposure to Oracle Fusion or other non-SAP enterprise platforms Typical Background β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field β€’ 5–8 years of experience supporting SAP Supply Chain and/or Finance systems β€’ Experience operating within regulated Life Sciences environments We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package with challenge and opportunity to learn, grow and contribute to a stimulating, fast-paced environment.
