Description
This role is on the CRA Data Integrity & Reporting team doing complex reporting, multi-source data management, and compliance-driven analysis. This role builds dashboards, automates data workflows, validates large datasets, and ensures accurate CRA/HMDA/Community Benefits Plan reporting for leadership, auditors, and regulators. Emphasis on advanced Excel (Power Query, VBA/macros), BI (Power BI and/or Tableau), rigorous reconciliation, and clear insight delivery as the team modernizes its reporting infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain Power BI or Tableau dashboards for CRA lending, investment, and service activity. Automate data preparation and validation using Excel Power Query and VBA/macros (leverage Alteryx where available). Ingest, cleanse, transform, and reconcile large multi-source datasets; maintain data definitions and business rules. Produce automated monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports; ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Support quarterly and annual CRA regulatory submissions and examiner readiness packages. Document reporting processes, data lineage, and assumptions to ensure repeatability and transparency. Identify and implement process improvements and automation to scale and reduce manual effort. Publish and manage deliverables via SharePoint, including versioning and controlled distribution. Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Community Development, and business units to ensure accurate CRA population tracking and proper application of guidance. Translate regulatory requirements and data findings into clear insights, highlighting trends, risks, and recommendations.

Banking domain familiarity; CRA exposure is a strong plus (not required). Experience publishing to SharePoint, managing permissions, and version control; Excel–SharePoint integrations. Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders. Demonstrated process improvement/automation mindset (e.g., Alteryx, Power Query, Power Automate). Comfortable in a small, scaling team; proactive, intellectually curious, and improvement‑oriented. Time‑zone flexibility for remote collaboration; punctual and accountable.
