Role: Business Analyst – Client Integrations Location: Plano, TX (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Key Responsibiliti • esClient Engagement & Requirements Gatheri • ngServe as the primary liaison for client integration project • s.Lead discovery sessions to define workflows, data exchanges, event triggers, and business rule • s.Write and maintain detailed functional specifications, including revision history, throughout the development lifecycle using input from business stakeholders, partners, engineering, and QA team • s.Develop and present meaningful project updates, reporting, and dashboards that provide transparency a • ndactionable insights for clients and executive leadershi • p.Define system functionality, including workflows, impacts to existing applications, and user navigatio • n.Design user interface mockups, visual models, charts, and workflow diagrams to support requirement • s.Facilitate clarification and resolution of functional specification questions throughout the delivery proces • s.Ensure functional specifications are accurate, complete, and clearly documente • d.Present functional specifications to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedbac • k.Translate client needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and specification • s.Gather business requirements from appropriate stakeholders when formal documentation is not provide • d.Perform other duties as assigne • d.API, Workflow, Event & Data Mappi • ngAnalyze client integration needs and document API request/response structures, payload definition • s,authentication methods, and error handlin • g.Create workflow diagrams, event sequences, data mappings, and comprehensive integration specification • s.Partner with engineering teams to validate integration designs and ensure technical feasibilit • y.Engineering & QA Collaborati • onEnsure engineering teams fully understand requirements, workflows, and integration expectation • s.Develop test cases and acceptance criteria supporting API functionality, workflow logic, and data exchange requirement • s.Support QA efforts including functional validation, defect triage, and retestin • g.Track integration progress and proactively drive delivery to meet committed timeline • s.UAT & Operational Suppo • rtCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with internal operations teams and external client • s.Prepare UAT scenarios, manage defects, track results, and support issue resolutio • n.Assist with go-live readiness activities and provide support through post-implementation stabilizatio n.
