Business Analyst – eCommerce (Shopify & Integrations)
We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst to lead end‑to‑end requirements across Shopify and integration projects for retail and eCommerce clients.
The role
• Own end‑to‑end business requirements for Shopify and related integration solutions.
• Run scope and requirements workshops, maintain a clear, prioritised backlog.
• Produce BRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria with full traceability through delivery.
• Perform process mapping and gap analysis, providing clear, actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with technical teams on solution and integration design.
Experience required
• 6+ years delivering large‑scale eCommerce and digital transformation projects for large/enterprise clients.
• Strong experience with at least one enterprise eCommerce platform (e.g. Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, SAP Hybris).
• Good understanding of core eCommerce customer journeys and operations across merchandising, content, marketing, customer service and back‑office order/returns/payment flows.
• Hands‑on experience with integration platforms (e.g. Patchworks, Celigo) and ecosystems such as OMS, PIM, CRM, CDP, CMS, ERP, WMS and finance tools (NetSuite, Xero, Sage, Salesforce).
• Comfortable working in Scrum/Agile delivery teams.
Salary: £50,000-70,000 base salary DOE
