Role description
Insight Global is looking for a dedicated Functional Business Analyst, focused on WFM, to support a large health system in Baltimore, MD. This health system is preparing for a major go-live of Infor CloudSuite Workforce Management (WFM). This person will support the transition, with a focus on Time and Attendance, Multi-View Scheduler (MVS), and compliance workflows. This role will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts and ensure that WFM configurations align with operational needs across clinical and non-clinical departments. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Act as the primary liaison between business users and the WFM implementation team. β€’ Analyze and document current scheduling and timekeeping workflows. β€’ Validate WFM configurations including pay rules, rounding rules, schedule templates, and labor distribution. β€’ Support MVS (Multi-View Scheduler) setup and optimization for shift coverage and compliance. β€’ Assist with data validation for employee profiles, time clocks, and accrual balances. β€’ Develop and manage the UAT strategy specific to WFM modules. β€’ Create test scenarios and scripts for: β€’ Clock-in/out workflows β€’ Shift swaps and overrides β€’ Exception handling (e.g., missed punches, overtime) β€’ Pay rule validation β€’ Coordinate UAT execution with HR, payroll, and department managers. β€’ Track and triage defects, ensuring resolution prior to go-live. β€’ Document UAT outcomes and provide go/no-go recommendations. β€’ Provide hypercare support post-go-live, including issue resolution and user guidance. β€’ Monitor system performance and escalate configuration issues as needed. Day to Day: HR/Payroll: Insight Global is looking for a dedicated Functional Business Analyst, focused on HR and payroll, to support a large health system in Baltimore, MD. This health system is preparing for a major go-live of Infor CloudSuite Workforce Management (WFM). This person will support the HR and Payroll workstreams, with a focus on employee data setup, rate card configuration, and integration with recruitment and payroll functions. This role will also contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system readiness and compliance. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Lead the setup and validation of employee rate cards, ensuring alignment with union rules, job codes, and compensation structures. β€’ Configure and maintain job profiles in Infor GHR, including job families, classifications, and eligibility rules. β€’ Support the integration of recruitment workflows into HR, ensuring seamless transition from candidate to employee record. β€’ Collaborate with payroll teams to validate pay group assignments, deduction codes, and labor distribution. β€’ Ensure accurate mapping of HR data to WFM modules for scheduling and timekeeping. β€’ Develop UAT test scenarios focused on HR and payroll functions, including: β€’ Employee onboarding and job assignment β€’ Rate card application and pay rule validation β€’ Payroll data flow from WFM to payroll systems β€’ Coordinate UAT sessions with HRIS, payroll, and recruitment teams. β€’ Document defects and ensure timely resolution before go-live. β€’ Provide feedback on system usability and data accuracy. β€’ Support cutover activities including employee data migration and rate card validation. β€’ Provide hypercare support post-go-live, resolving HR/payroll-related issues.
