Azure DevOps (ADO) Wiki Management- This is a hybrid role that requires the ideal candidate to go in to the office 2x a week located in Vienna, Virginia.
The successful candidate will serve as a critical resource in maintaining documentation systems and process workflows within the architecture team. This role combines technical knowledge with organizational skills to ensure seamless operations and transparent communication across teams. This Business Analyst role evaluates overall performance, identifies areas for improvement, leverages digital analytics to optimize business systems and processes, and creates strategies to help increase operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Azure DevOps (ADO) Wiki Management
β’ Own and maintain the team's ADO Wiki, ensuring documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects the latest processes and initiatives.
β’ SharePoint Coordination
β’ Create and manage SharePoint pages for the architecture team and align content with ADO Wiki for consistency and transparency.
β’ Process Documentation
β’ Regularly update and refine team processes within ADO Wiki based on changes in practices.
β’ Backlog Management
β’ Maintain the team's ADO backlog, assist architects with work item creation, categorization, and progress tracking.
β’ Executive Delivery Metrics Dashboard Integration
β’ Support the integration of the ADO backlog with the executive delivery metrics dashboard for any new core services within the team.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact (Branch lead) for cross-team collaboration and lead across all groups within TSA to ensure successful and seamless integration of ADO backlogs into the Executive Dashboard.
β’ Data Compliance Monitoring
β’ Oversee data integrity within the executive delivery metrics dashboard to ensure work items are appropriately created and maintained.
β’ SLA Compliance
β’ Track the lifecycle of work items to ensure timely opening and closure in accordance with defined SLAs.
β’ Demand Intake Alignment
β’ Ensure consistency and synchronization between ServiceNow demand intake tasks and ADO work items.
β’ Quarterly Metrics
β’ Gather information from various sources (including ServiceNow and ADO), compile data, and create professional diagrams and presentations in PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
1. Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
1. Knowledge of business process modeling and system integration
1. Proficiency in SharePoint page management and content organization
1. Experience with Azure DevOps platforms and wiki management
1. Ability to translate technical information into clear documentation
