Top Skills Education and Experience » • Expert SQL skill/ability to navigate and query a relational database - Please don’t submit candidate without SQL experience (5 + years). • Candidate should be able to work on multiple projects per business priority. • Looking for a strong practitioner with experience in business requirements elicitation and documentation (8 years), data mapping and data analysis (7 years), requirements verification, creating use cases, process flow diagrams, reporting and quality assurance as primary job responsibilities. • Creating and maintaining artifacts such as requirements traceability matrices (8 years). • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities » • Must Have: • Gather/elicit business requirements: 8 yrs. • Create and maintain standard artifacts (charter, BRD, RTM, fishbone diagram, testing scenario documentation, use cases etc.): 8 yrs. • Expert SQL skills/ ability to navigate and query a relational database: 5 yrs. • Experience in requirements gathering for data warehouse projects: 7 yrs. • Experience in delivering end to end operational systems: 5 yrs. • Ability to navigate and query a relational database (Oracle) to develop reports: 3 yrs. • Data Analysis and Data mapping: 7 yrs. • Data Modelling Understanding: 5 yrs. • Documenting business processes and business Process Improvement: 5 yrs. • Standardized processes and procedures implementation: 7 yrs. • Ability to develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures including test/use cases: 5 yrs. • Develop Mock up’s, Design Specifications, functional and non-functional specs: 3 yrs. • Participate in design reviews: 4 yrs. • Documenting business process: 7 yrs. • Testing methods/techniques including creation and execution of unit, system, and user acceptance plan: 7 yrs. • Ability to perform testing of applications, facilitate testing by others, document results: 7 yrs. • Experience in usability testing or equivalent user interface test measures: 7 yrs. • Develop test plans and procedures: 7 yrs. • Regression testing: 7 yrs.
