This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, collaborating closely with internal departments and third-party vendors to support product launches, enhance retailer performance, and ensure strict compliance with security and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Product Performance Analysis β€’ Monitor the overall health of the scratch-off game portfolio β€’ Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and performance risks β€’ Recommend product adjustments including pricing and prize structures to maximize ROI Retailer & Sales Operations Analysis β€’ Analyze and manage the lottery’s auto-reorder system by retailer β€’ Optimize inventory levels and prevent out-of-stock scenarios Project Management & Support β€’ Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support new game launches β€’ Assist with system enhancements and marketing promotions Game Development & Design β€’ Support the development of new scratch-off games β€’ Provide recommendations on ticket design, prize structures, and game parameters Data Reporting & Dashboards β€’ Compile, analyze, and present complex sales data to leadership β€’ Deliver actionable insights using tools such as Excel, SAS, and Tableau Process Improvement β€’ Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen security across the gaming ecosystem Required Skills & Qualifications πŸŽ“ Education: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field 🧠 Experience: β€’ 3–5 years in product development, marketing, or business analysis β€’ Strong preference for experience in lottery, casino, or gaming industries πŸ’» Technical Skills: β€’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel β€’ Working knowledge of SQL, SAS, or BI tools (Tableau / Power BI) πŸ“Š Analytical Skills: β€’ Strong ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into business decisions πŸ—£ Communication: β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders Background Screening (Mandatory) Selected candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening, including: β€’ Fingerprinting β€’ Drug screening β€’ Criminal history check β€’ Education and professional reference verification πŸ“© Interested Candidates: Please share your updated resume πŸ“§ Contact: kishan.kumar@valueinnovationlabs.com
