🚨 Immediate Contract Opportunity – Business Analyst (Lottery, Casino & Gaming) 🚨 📍 Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid | Must reside in North Carolina – Local candidates preferred) 💼 Experience: 10+ Years 📌 Documentation Required: • Three professional employment references • Address proof or valid ID proof Position Summary The Business Analyst (Lottery & Gaming) will analyze organizational processes, product performance, and sales data to optimize the NCEL’s portfolio of scratch-off and draw games. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, collaborating closely with internal departments and third-party vendors to support product launches, enhance retailer performance, and ensure strict compliance with security and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Product Performance Analysis • Monitor the overall health of the scratch-off game portfolio • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and performance risks • Recommend product adjustments including pricing and prize structures to maximize ROI Retailer & Sales Operations Analysis • Analyze and manage the lottery’s auto-reorder system by retailer • Optimize inventory levels and prevent out-of-stock scenarios Project Management & Support • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support new game launches • Assist with system enhancements and marketing promotions Game Development & Design • Support the development of new scratch-off games • Provide recommendations on ticket design, prize structures, and game parameters Data Reporting & Dashboards • Compile, analyze, and present complex sales data to leadership • Deliver actionable insights using tools such as Excel, SAS, and Tableau Process Improvement • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen security across the gaming ecosystem Required Skills & Qualifications 🎓 Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field 🧠 Experience: • 3–5 years in product development, marketing, or business analysis • Strong preference for experience in lottery, casino, or gaming industries 💻 Technical Skills: • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Working knowledge of SQL, SAS, or BI tools (Tableau / Power BI) 📊 Analytical Skills: • Strong ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into business decisions 🗣 Communication: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders Background Screening (Mandatory) Selected candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening, including: • Fingerprinting • Drug screening • Criminal history check • Education and professional reference verification 📩 Interested Candidates: Please share your updated resume 📧 Contact: kishan.kumar@valueinnovationlabs.com
