Role : Business Analyst(Only w2)
Location : Remote
Basic Qualifications
• 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to executives, clients, business users, and technical teams.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucid chart, or similar.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to connect data and insights to business outcomes.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and validation.
• Project Management experience in planning, tracking, and delivering initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or other modern data warehousing platforms.
• Experience in healthcare, finance, or technology domains.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) for data visualization.
• Business Process Management (BPM) or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making through executive-level presentations and reports.
• Experience mentoring or leading teams of analysts.
