Job Title: Business Analyst/Power Bi developer – Banking/Enterprise Systems Location: NJ or Texas (Hybrid/Onsite) Type: Contract-NO VISA Restrictions Job Description Role Overview: We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support enterprise initiatives in NJ and Texas. The ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, experience gathering requirements, and proven success working with cross‑functional teams in regulated or financial environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders • Translate requirements into functional specifications for technical teams • Collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners to ensure alignment • Support workflow/process mapping and identify areas for improvement • Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions for business challenges • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews • Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases for Agile projects • Provide ongoing support during UAT, SIT, and production rollouts Required Skills & Experience • 5 to 6 years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise or financial domains • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management • Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Visio • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries • Exposure to workflow automation, GRC, or risk platforms • Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools • PMP or CBAP certification
